an asset

Why am I an asset to you?

"Tell me about yourself."

I am a 24 year old college graduate with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology as well as Marketing. I was raised in a prospering family business, constantly expanding my education with hands on experience. I had the honor to work for a Fortune 500 company as their General Manager for over a year, leaving my store with a 25% increase of Gross Profits. I strengthened the new hire training while improving the day to day expectations for our team members as well as our customers. My store's Net Promoter Score increased from 50% to 100% as our customer experience consistently improved. These experiences as well as my tenure with Textbook Painting and Topsy Turvey has equipped me to succeed and improve my skillset in any position.

"Why did you leave your last job?"

In addition to my A.L.B. clients, I work full time a cutting-edge behavior transformation company in New York, City. My passion for helping small businesses cannot be drowned by my 10 to 6.

"What is your biggest weakness?"

My biggest weakness would have to be the way I overpack. I am constantly thinking of possible situations that could occur and what I would need per situation, so I tend to bring half my house everywhere I go.

"What are your greatest strengths?"

I love to solve thorny customer issues, growing up learning the importance of customer service combined with my six years of experience as a customer service expert, I have learned to effectively understand resolve concerns quickly. During my employment with Verizon Wireless I managed several difficult business accounts, spending countless hours representing their needs and building fundamental relationships while increasing our Net Promoter Scores. I am prideful and confident of my communication skills, I have facilitated successful distribution contract negotiations while representing Redhead Ciderhouse. I am known for being an effective team member with a talent for giving presentations. I have found redesigning processes to make them simpler and faster is not only fun but I excelle at it.
